The Immigration Office in Bali has made available ten computer units at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Badung to assist international passengers with completing their arrival declarations through the All Indonesia application.
The facility has been positioned at the international arrivals terminal entrance, specifically in the area before the immigration inspection counters. This placement allows travelers to access the system prior to document verification, ensuring that the declaration process is completed before proceeding to the immigration desk.
Implementation of All Indonesia at Ngurah Rai
The Immigration Checkpoint at Ngurah Rai International Airport is among three airports in Indonesia that began implementing the All Indonesia application starting on 1 September 2025. This rollout follows a period of trial use conducted by the Directorate General of Immigration.
All Indonesia serves as the official platform for submitting arrival declarations digitally, a process aimed at simplifying passenger entry procedures. Its adoption at major airports marks a step in standardizing the arrival process across key international gateways.
Commitment to Digital Public Services
Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman stated that the introduction of the application reflects Indonesia’s commitment to providing digital public services that are accessible and efficient. According to Yusman, the integration of All Indonesia into airport procedures is intended to streamline services for incoming passengers while maintaining compliance with immigration requirements.
The service, he emphasized, is available to passengers free of charge. This policy ensures that travelers can complete their arrival declarations without incurring additional costs.
“Not only is it shorter and safer, but it is also friendly for all passengers, both individuals and groups, including the elderly, disabled and children,” he said.
Facilities to Support Travelers
The ten computers provided at Ngurah Rai have been installed as part of a support system to ensure smooth adoption of the new application. They are intended to assist passengers who may not have pre-filled their declarations or who encounter difficulties accessing the application on their personal devices.
“Meanwhile, there are 10 computer units for international passengers who have just landed,” said Head of the Immigration Information and Communication Section of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office Husnan Handono in Badung, Bali, Monday.
By situating these facilities within the arrivals terminal, the immigration authorities are facilitating real-time completion of the process, reducing the likelihood of delays at the inspection stage.
