Authorities in Badung Regency have opened an investigation into the suspected production of pornographic content involving British adult film performer Bonnie Blue. Police launched the operation after receiving a report from residents regarding suspicious activity at a studio in Desa Pererenan, Mengwi District.
Following the report, officers conducted a raid at the location and found indications that the studio had been used to create pornographic material. The operation became the basis for a more exhaustive examination involving multiple foreign nationals who were present at the site at the time.
“It is suspected that the place was used by the suspected perpetrator to produce immoral videos,” said Badung Police Chief AKBP M. Arif Batubara to media crews at the Badung Police Headquarters, Friday (5/12/2025).
Actress Bonnie Blue Questioned by Investigators
Bonnie Blue, identified by police as Tia Emma Billinger, age 26, underwent examination at the Badung Police headquarters. Officials confirmed that she was questioned on Thursday, 4 December 2025, at approximately 14.30 WITA. The questioning focused on allegations related to both the production and dissemination of explicit content recorded at the studio.
Police stated that the investigation is ongoing and includes determining her role and the involvement of others present during the incident.
Eighteen Foreign Nationals Taken in for Examination
A total of eighteen foreign nationals were secured during the raid. Police reported that the majority were Australian citizens. Fifteen Australians were among those questioned, identified as JM (24), MT (27), BS (27), MP (40), PR (37), TL (25), BL (26), TR (25), AAG (20), BS (19), KM (22), MM (21), CC (19), KR (24), and J.J.T.W. (28). Investigators determined that J.J.T.W. is a suspected perpetrator in the case.
Three British nationals were also examined. They include Tia Emma Billinger, L.A.J. (27), and I.N.L. (27). Authorities confirmed that all eighteen individuals have been questioned and have since been allowed to return to their respective residences while the investigation continues.
“For the time being, we will return them to their respective residences because they are still in the process of investigation,” explained Arif Batubara.
Most Individuals Did Not Know the Alleged Perpetrators
Police noted that, based on statements gathered during the examination, 14 Australian nationals present in the studio did not know the four individuals identified as suspects before the incident. Officers stated that the group reportedly met for the first time at the location during the raid.
This information is now part of the ongoing assessment of the sequence of events and the level of involvement of each person on-site.
Evidence Seized from the Studio
During the operation, investigators secured several items believed to be connected to the production of the videos. Among the evidence collected were multiple cameras, various forms of contraceptive equipment, and a blue pickup truck labeled Bonnie Blue’s BangBus.
These items remain in police custody as part of the evidentiary process while investigators analyze their connection to the suspected activities.
“The police also found several cameras used to record their actions and several contraceptives,” concluded Arif Batubara.
